The poster arrived in great shape, it was prepared for shipping quite well. The size of the poster I recieved was only 12" x 16", I kept it because I had ordered it for a Christmas gift and did not have time to return it. I went on-line to leave my review and to say I was disappointed. To my surprise I recieved 3 different e-mails from Amazon & Adam Hersh Posters asking what they could do to make it right and without me asking, they reimbursed my account for half of what I had originally paid! OUTSTANDING!!
